 Welcome to the Dothan Runners Club home page.    We are located in Dothan, Alabama and
sponsor many events during the year. Many of these provide support to local associations such as the Literacy  Association, Arthritis Foundation, Alzheimer's Resource Center, Wiregrass Humane Society, and Landmark Park. The club is open to walkers, joggers, runners and triathletes of all skill levels. The DRC also serves families and encourages running and walking among children. Our goal is to promote running and fitness at the community level.  Monthly social get-togethers, weekly runs during the summer at Westgate Park and races throughout the year provide a variety of activities for one to become involved.
 Included  are the Spring Fish Fry at Eastgate Park and the Christmas Party in  December. The club also  sponsors a Grand Prix race series each year, with male and female categories.  All members receive our monthly newsletter which contains articles of interest, members' race results and a race schedule.
