                          "Hot Summer Nights" Trail Run Series every Tuesday evening
                                  through August 25th.  Non-competitive run/walk
                                               starts at 6 p.m. at Westgate Park. 
                                                 Registration starts at 5:30 P.M.
                                      $1 entry fee per run includes refreshments. 
                                                         Run starts at 6:00 PM. 
                                       Dutch Treat supper at T.G.I.F.'s after the run.

Welcome to the Dothan Runners Club home page.  We are located in Dothan, Alabama and sponsor many events during the year.  The club is open to walkers, joggers, runners and triathletes of all skill levels. The DRC also serves families and encourages running and walking among children. Our goal is to      promote running and fitness at the community level.  Monthly social get-togethers, weekly runs during the summer at Westgate Park and races throughout the year provide a variety of activities for one to become involved.   Included are the Spring Fish Fry at Eastgate Park and the Christmas Party in  December. The club also  sponsors a Grand Prix race series each year.  All members receive our monthly newsletter which contains articles of interest, members' race results and a race schedule.
